Hi. Got pointed in the direction of this forum by a friend of mine who thought you guys could help, and or be interested in my car. I have a 2007 sprint blue saloon that I am very sadly selling. Has 92k on it but been well looked after so drives like new and looks great too. Has an upgraded new dab radio and nav and a small remap so is running 430bhp and the limiter has been removed. Other than that is standard with the bucket seats, brakes and tyres in good condition. FSH etc... lots of receipts. Question is, what sort of price should I be asking for it? Don't want to be daft and ask stupid money but don't want to sell myself short either. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks. John.

Hi you came to the right place. Without seeing it you are looking at about 15k give or take. May have to settle for a little less. Although the cars a good for well over 100k, the price is affected by the mileage. Is it full Audi history? That makes a difference too, in my opinion the upgraded parts add nothing to the value and in some respects you’re better off pulling them and selling separately. GLWS

Thanks for that. Not full Audi history but always done with specialists. Only upgraded the radio as the original was stolen just before Christmas and the remap was done by the last owner. I wouldn't have bothered personally. Will start around 17k and see where I get then. Will no doubt be in the classifieds soon.

If it is a clean well looked after car it should get £17k. Mileage will always affect the value although it doesn't always mean it is a better car.

I’d say about 15 too, there is a nice yellow saloon sitting in classifieds with less miles and money spent on changing the DRC and other bits and the price has come down from 18500-16500 and still not sure if it’s sold.

I have a sprint blue car but would be tempted by the yellow if these were both the same price.

Let us know how you get on, always interesting to see what they actually make at sale.
