I heard the calipers are from a Lamborghini is this true.

As i am having mine refurbed and sprayed i might have the decal Lamborghini on them..

I pretty sure the steels are, I know the ceramics are which is why I went with Lambo decals. The rears are not unless you're running a r8 setup. If I had my time again I'd go with Rs though. They do however get a lot of attention.

Cant remember were i read that they are think i will go with the lambo decal on the calipers

The RS callipers are not Lambo ones.

Lambo callipers are instead RS, so should be labelled as such.

Don't quite get that sorry. From comparing them from ebay they look the same as the Gallardo ones

I'll tell how good these brakes are. Team Schirmer fit these on their e92 m3 builds.

Callipers were first on RS products (C5 RS6), so the 'kudos' should be for them. Not pre-pubescent Lambo fan boys.

So even though the calipers are the same ie my RS4 as the lambo ones in the pic mine have to have a RS4 Sticker on it and not the lambo Sticker even thought the only difference is a Sticker?

If i bought the calipers from a lambo and put them on the RS4 is that not right... would that make me a pre-pubescent lambo boy

Why do you want RS callipers stickered up as Lambo ones?

Get VCDS and you can re-code the RNS-e splash screen to a Lambo one. Then you can jizz all over that, whilst holding onto your Lambo flat bottom steering wheel

Surprising Sam, always thought that'd be right up your alley. Always knew the Lambo screen was your first mod to your b7.

Yes they are the same. The point he is making is that the Audi doesn't use lambo calipers, the lambo uses Audi calipers.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not against Lambo, just not into trying to make something that obviously it's not. To me it's akin to badging up a 2.0tdi as an RS4.

Hell...I'd love to modify my centre console to take an Aventador Start/Stop flip switch
