Hi RS4 Jay , after seeing all the great comments on the KONI what made you take that route ?? do you do track days ? ?

Thanks for your response Steve & your PM. Tbh, I PM’d and called and could not get a response. I was able to get Bilstein the next day, so that was the option I took. I’m no stranger to coilovers, I have used Bilstein before with positive results. I won’t be tracking the car, I already have a track car. If I were, I would have went for b16 or similar. Thanks.

Who did you get them off? Everyone i spoke to said they were on back order until January so i went with h&r
2007 B7 RS4 Saloon, Phantom Black, Forge Oil Cooler Kit, custom home made air feed, H&R Coilovers, H&R anti roll bars, 10mm H&R Spacers, Milltek decat downpipes, Milltek Non Res Valved Exhaust, Reyland Motorsports front & rear discs with Hel braided Hoses, full underbody overhauled inc powdercoated subframes and arms, 034 solid subframe bushes and every joint, arm or bush replaced.

Demon tweeks mate. I think it was the last set, that’s why I made the jump.

Ah didnt try them a couple of good guys there, one just sorted me a forge oil cooler for a good price

Hi there RS4 Jay , Sorry about that i am a one man band and sometimes life gets very hectic, i dont get on this site everyday, time doesnt permit . Glad you are sorted out though . Hope the installation goes well , sometimes these cars can give corrosion hassles and caution is needed . If the top front arms are ok i normally disconnect them from the inner side to avoid problems with the Upright ball joint clamps , they do sometimes seize up and break off the heads of the long bolt ( night mare ) ??
