If No carbon clean I'd say 400bhp.

As above, all bits you mention will not give you anymore than a 10bhp gain if that. It's the clean that will bring it back up and even then I wouldn't expect more than 430ps..... Definitely worth doing if you can stretch the budget.

I guaranty figure will be around 340-360 before.
After a tune only it won't go above 380-390.
Unless you were to be convinced to do around 4-5k worth of work :)
But the will increase throttle response 1-3 gears in S mode so it will feel faster and snappier :)

A previous standard car of mine with 46k miiles dyno'd at 380.1 on SUL. A healthly car and vac system should see around 370-390BHP, remapped will hopefully get you back upto 400.

Mine was 380 pre-carbon clean (already stage 2, with a few mods e.g. Pre-cat delete and induction kit).

Just had a look at the Mrc print out from the previous owner (Petrol Dave) and it seems mine made 396.5ps without any mods other than the miltek and stage2 tune. This would of been about 50k without ever having a cc.

Cheers guys,
As its the only B7 i've ever driven, the only comparison i've got is my old B5.
Re: Carbon clean,i should have said that's a given,as i'm including it in the full service.Be nice to think it would'nt need it,but
cant really see it.
Just means the zorst will be on hold a bit till funds allow.
Roll on Friday

Look forward to seeing the results. A road trip I will have to do some day myself.
