Hmm, interesting, the wiring came apart on one of my connectors too, bit miffed as it's so small and fiddly. Haven't done anything about it yet and haven't complained because the rest of the kit seems good quality.

Thought I should update this thread with latest info. To be fair to Trups, he has always provided good service to resolve the issues and as promised he sent me the updated cancellers to solve my problem with continual DIS error for bulb failure. I went to fit the new cancellers today, but what concerned me was the condition of the existing canceller when removed. I could smell the burnt electrical smell as soon as I opened up the access cap on the headlight, clearly there is a lot of heat generated by this component. I would advise any other owners out there who still have this type of canceller fitted to check them out in case you have similar issue. This could have been a disaster waiting to happen.

I fitted the new much larger and more substantial cancellers and the errors are gone, but I will be checking these again in a few days to make sure there is no chance this is happening again.
