So I had a service today and whilst the car was in I had them change the coolant bottle, massive difference.

Before and after pics below.

Also, I asked nicely if they could make sure the car was parked out of the way after the service was complete. Pics also below.

Absolutely love the VIP parking. Good to see they have a sense of humour, as well as carrying out your request.

I'd read some horror stories about them mainly on ASN but I have no complaints, they did everything I asked, They let me supply my own oil and didn't wash the car as requested so no problems.

I had a credit with them due to some faulty leather on my company car which was why I went there, wouldn't normally but I would use them again.

They've been good to me. Like most places you need to get past all the minions and to the people who care - especially about RS'. Dave the head of the service department and Matt the master tech have seen me right.
