Anyone got any ideas why my car failed the emissions test :
The valves are open on the exhaust and I have done the resonator delete mod but these were all done on the past 2 MOTs and no problems
Any thoughts or cures welcome

Are you using 95 Ron fuel?
If so put some vpower fuel in it may bring the emissions down a little to pass

Hi
Mine struggled this year too but I have an issue with my PVC system which I am fixing now how many miles has your car done is the servicing upto date how old are you plugs etc
If you want to get it through test you can use this for now see pic
But I would get a health check carried out on your car also

Thanks for replies guys, I always use Tesco super fuel wise and plugs were changed at around 75,000 and it has 96,000 on the clock now.
I don't think is has ever had the carbon clean but it has always had the 5,500 kick that it should have.
Will try the STP and maybe a hydrogen clean just to get it through this one then look at a full carbon clean.
