Slave is easy. Master is a ball ache have to remove fuse panel and pedal box, most people don't bother, I changed my clutch flywheel slave and return pipe and all other associated bits and the gear change is like butter. Absolutely perfect. Have given it a couple of Italian tunes and no sticking pedal whatsoever

I had Dot 5.1 supplied by Graham Goode - cost pennies but (as I keep saying) sorted out my sticky-clutch-after-enthusiastic-driving issue immediately, never to return.

Ok Thanks.

Mine is going to JCW on Saturday to get exhaust system made up. Thought it would be a perfect time to get my upgraded clutch line fitted while the manifolds are off

GG had to remove part of the exhaust to do the job, so I think your reasoning is sound!

You looked up midland vw?
Not sure how far away you are from them but they done a good job on mine and fitted my upgraded clutch pipe while at it.
