Had 4 GY asym 3's put on at the weekend... so far so good. Had the asym 2's before, but had worn them to the minimum so new rubber feeling great in comparison.

I had to get some budget excelon performance uhp's put on mine as i couldnt afford performance ones at the time but having driven for 1000miles since fitting, they are every bit as good as the dunlops that were on it. If i had a choice of tyre tho i would get uniroyal rainsport 3's all day long. Had them on every car ive owned since they came out

I put rainsport 3's all round on mine.

Well, I'm not too concerned about road noise. I do drive quickly but it's not a daily, I'm not too concerned about getting lots of miles to a set either. I was thinking about pilot sport 4's after good reviews from mates with BMWs but having read EVO's tyre review I'm quite tempted by the conti sport contact 6's...?

Pilot Sport 4 is out, worth checking on that one.

I've got Pilot Sport 4S's lined up for my S8 when the winter wheels come off in a few weeks time.
I've had the excellent Pilot Super Sports for summer up to now but sold them (on the wheels) recently and have a new set of diamond-cut 20" wheels waiting for summer (and the PS4S's). 8)
