Thinking of selling RIV and buying a b7 to charge

Post by RIV » Fri Sep 30, 2016 2:01 pm

So what you boys think, I do love the b8 it's a fantastic car, but I want more power, and the b8 G box isn't going to be up for it me thinks!!!
My idea is to buy my friends orange Avant, take it tho MRC, I would get the charger sprayed the same body colour.
That b7 has got to be the highest spec one around. Would be quite special once it's done :kissmyrings:

It'd be a shame to ditch a one-of-a-kind B8 '4, if it wasn't for the fact you're looking at a one of a kind B7!

Convert the B8 to a manual and charge it.
Or drop a C7 engine in it.

Or go with original plan. Both that orange B7 and your B8 are stunning examples of each car.

I would say stick with your current motor Looks a beaut
But totally get the something different car ..
I find you are never satisfied tuning cars, wanting more power .. thus either becomes a money pit /reliabity / drive ability ,
Can be sacrificed then / or ends up in classifieds
Not being morngy either lol

I think you'd lose a ton of money doing it and I also think that you'd start going through clutches. I know Rich was having trouble with his and that's now at a dealer.

550+ BHP in a B7, certainly whets the appetite though.

I went in Plush's charged B7 and didn't even noticed it was charged at first. Not sure what power it was running. But I imagine a car that weighs less than my C7 with the same amount of power would feel really quick. What sort of torque do the charged cars have?
