Skimmed mine last time, original at 117k miles. But will likely go the jhm 380 mm ones next time, and whatever stockish size for the rear, 324 maybe.

Hi Mark, your options for front brakes are:
OEM Ceramic setup- £8500
Alcon - £874 discs & new bells (minimum order of 3 sets)
AP Racing - £750 discs and new bells (£560 if you already have AP bells)
Tarox - £635 discs (utilises existing bell)
OEM Audi Discs - £638 (Stoke Audi)
I have a brand new boxed set of OEM discs sitting in the garage, could do them for £500 if you're interested?
For the rears, I only know of Audi ones and Stoke Audi are currently doing those for £648.

Girodisc also do front and rears. Fronts come in 365 or 380 with anodised alloy bell. The rears are standard sizes but with an alloy bell. Not a dramatic saving over OEM, but cheaper come replacement time. They are made in US&A so with the exchange rate the way it is at the moment quite expensive. I managed to source a set of rears while on holiday in Vancouver, 7kg a disc so packed into my checked-in luggage no problem

I went for the 380mm JHM's - I love them and would recommend them as they do make a noticeable difference in stopping power. Although I now need to change rears as the JHM's are slotted not drilled so OEM rears don't match.
Issue in UK is that they work out about the same price (or possibly more) than OEM once you factor in shipping and tax. They do a 365mm option though which are cheaper, but if your going to change discs and not fussed about keeping them OEM you may as well go large!
