Anyone use this as a preventative?

Mate..... don't bother.
It's up there on the same shelf as voodoo, monkey glands, rhino horn powder and unicorn manure.
If it's got more than 60k on the clock and no history of a carbon clean, book it in to a good indy like MRC, VAGTECH or some such.
Plenty of good indy advice on here.
And don't do a hydrogen clean.......
If you want to spend money on putting liquid inside your cylinder head, drive to Devon or Northen Ireland. It's free if you drive fast enough

I've used a can of it tonight. For the sake of £15 I thought I'd give it a go.
I'm on 74k and don't appear to be suffering from excessive build up... Plenty of power, perfect idle, etc

Did you notice any difference after using it?

Haven't driven it yet! It's more of a preventative measure than a cure
