Wheel advice needed

Hi all!
I'm looking to upgrade my wheels to BBS LM's. For RS4 BBS officially offers LM269 which are 8,5x19 ET20 (with BBS supplied spacer 12mm). I'd rather go wider... so BBS also makes LM279 which are 9,5x19 (also ET32). BUTTTT the problem is that BBS is not certain that I could clear the front brakes without rubbing. For tyres I'd use PSS 255x35x19. My car also has H&R springs and ARB's.
My basic knowledge of wheel fitment says that I should need about 8-10mm spacer to clear the front caliper. I've searched alot, but can't seem to find any solid info on this matter. I've found few pictures, but that's it.
Anyways the best photo which
seems to have LM279 (or LM155 as they were few years ago) is:
Any gurus who could advise me?

You might have to get someone with a wheel in stock to measure the back of the wheel.
I had difficulty getting concave wheels that I liked that would definitely clear the calipers. I ended up measuring from the centre of the hub out to the caliper, and then how far the caliper protrudes from the face of the hub (essentially to the point that would make contact with the spokes of the wheel if they didn't clear). Then sent those to a few manufacturers and ruled out a couple of wheels and found one that would fit. Just.
I might still have the measurements on my work PC, but won't be able to check till Monday.

So, during a late night poker game, too many Jager’s and a box of cuban’s… Rimluxe was born. If you’ve got any questions regarding fitment, stance, how to become a show queen or if you’re generally bored of life, bored of the forums and you’ve read everything on the internet then send us an email and we’ll do our best to keep you entertained. Forgot to get back to you!
Had a look, if you can get BBS/dealer to take measurement "X" on my rather crude diagram below, and this is more than 52mm, you'll clear the standard caliper on an RS4.
Alternatively, maybe you can just buy one wheel for a test fit, and just verify with the seller that they'll take it back if it doesn't fit. Have a couple of different sized spacers ready

I used the above measurements and they suggested my wheel would *just* clear, and so it was, but I'd recommend you do your own checks too!

Thanks FaisalJ, sent it to my supplier to check with BBS.
I might get one wheel to test fit. If I scrach it, I get to keep it

I've got S7 OEM RS4 style rims with the correct offset. They did not clear my callipers, so I had to fit 4mm spacers with spigots as per my signature, I also had my wing lips flattened by my bodyshop.
As stated above the best way is to try a set without a doubt.
Good luck and luck forward to seeing your photos please.
