Headlights

Hi All
I'm not to impressed with my headlights and feel that they are a bit dull.
I was thinking about putting some new builds in and hoping that that would make a difference.
My car is a 2006 RS4 B7 and just want to stick with a bright white light.
Which bulbs should I go for? Your help is much appreciated.

I just had my bulbs changed to Osram Xenarc D1S which seem good so far (only one week in) as the originals were beginning to flicker - it does say they take a little while to "burn in" but definitely seem whiter without looking blue.
I bought them from here and they came next day -

That is indeed just the dipped beams!
I had a few things done at the same time, so best to contact Trups for a price on just the clear lens mod and uprated bulbs. I bought the bulbs off him first for £55, then later had him split the lights, paint inside, swap the projectors for clear ones, and fit a demon eyes led kit all for £215.
Just the bulbs on their own is a good upgrade, made a noticeable difference, but with the clear lens it's something else!

What's involved with the clear lens mate?

MB2, CBI's are cracking bulbs, best upgraded bulbs on the market for sure, I run a set in my 335d and no complaints.
If a lot of interest I could do a GB on them as just refreshing the bulbs leases new life into your headlights, 100hour break in time is what osram say so they will get better and better.
Morimoto are also good bulbs, on par with CBI's at same colour temp for less than half the price, no brainier price wise as well as performance.
Marc1: if you look closely in the daytime at your projector you won't be able to see through it, with the new clear lens its 100% optically clear meaning you will release 30% more light from your projectors, mate that with new bulbs and you would think you was in a brand new 2015 car.
If you are hands on then it's not too bad of a job. I am working on my forum section over this month so keep a look out on there at how to change it over as I'm working on new guides and also listing everything mod that I do for each RS.
This is the results from a 2013 Audi A7 using osram cbi on a d3s setup so at 25w instead of the 35w b7's have. They use the same projectors but slightly different shields.

Top man. I replaced the bulbs in my last B7 for Osram bulbs and they were noticeably different. So what's the cost involved with this and how long does it take to do?
