So the motor is sicking out spots of oil on my drive, not masses but enough to suggest there is an issue. Can see its dripping through the centre of the undertray

The cars under extended warranty and FASH so will be going in to Audi. Does anyone happen to know the audi warranty on Oil coolers and pipes? Im expecting them to tell me thats whats gone but I had the cooler and pipes replaced at Camberly 2 years ago and ive only done 16k miles since so id be a little disappointed to hear its that causing the mess.

Would welcome any other suggestions.

I would be extremely surprised if the cooler pipes are leaking after 2 years and 16k miles. The problem with the undertray is the oil could be coming from anywhere. Is it definitely engine oil (IE, not PAS fluid)?

I'd agree RD. Although the pipes are poor quality I'd expect them to last longer than 2 years, perhaps 5. Could well be a leak from some other source

Definately looks like engine oil but I can't see any obvious signs of where it's coming from

I had the steering pump and all associated bits replaced under warranty even more recently that the oil cooler and pipes so really shouldn't be that either.

hopefully warranty will pick up the tab cos if it's one of the above I will be having a small paddy with audi about failures within 2 years of having them done before.
