i took it for mot today yes i took a chance with buying a car with 2 months mot left but seen as its only covered 1000 since the last i figured all would be ok and sure did passed with out an advisory too
i asked about a carbon clean @ midland vw i really only use them as ive a great relationship with the guys there but im told by the last owner its been done but he wasnt clear on when as it was done buy the owner before him .
so how can you tell if it needs it theres not flat spots in the rev range and pulls really well ?
