Hi Guys, I'm currently selling my 2006 RS4 which I adore and love to pieces. Had it over 2years now and need to know what its really worth.. I've been doing a lot of research and for the colour and all the extras they seem to be going for around the 20k mark... I was just about to get the front end re-sprayed to get rid of the stone chips and tax it for 6 months to help sell it but I've been bumped on a job for 15k and now I'm finding it hard to fund for these bits. This could potentially be a bargin for someone. I havn't put it in the forsale section just yet as I wanted a feeler on your thoughts.. It has a small amount of HPI still on the car but on sale this will be settled with proof of receipt.

GOOD BITS:

Its just had a brand new clutch and fly wheel done 2 weeks ago.
It had £2400 spent on it at MRC 3 months ago on a remap, decat on the inlet manifold, and a full carbon clean.
It has exnons in the spot lights. LED lighting throughout.
Milltek cat back system with valves (£1500)
Its been serviced approximately every 7-8 months as I'm very anal with looking after it.
Its got the RS4 bucket seats, Flat bottom steering wheel, electric rear blind and side blinds, sun roof and heated seats.
10months MOT
Comes with private plate

BAD BITS (Not really bad just need attention)

Front end needs respray if your fussy with stone chips
Tyres are near their limit
No tax

It has 85000miles and loads of history but unfortunatly 9 previous owners. 2 of them being my father and me due to insurance issues.

I was going to tax it, new tyres and respray front end and ask 18500 - 19000 but right now at this moment in time I'm open to offers.

What are your guys thoughts on this and any advice on where to advertise.

well you are lucky - as of today, the "no tax" aspect is irrelevant!

Going by your description i would say £16-£18k with £18 the max. It has all the right extras and some nice recent work especially clutch change and mrc work however the owners and miles will hold the value down. Good luck with it. 8)

You may want to amend 'decat on the inlet valves' - not heard of one of them!!

Looks tip top though

Love the toy car. I bought my B7 with 89k on the clock with two previous owners for £16500. The car was owned by a forum member before me and he was meticulous and it was in amazing condition. You will be lucky pushing pass £17k IMHO. Looks awesome though and nice reg no. I sold it on when it had reached 100k for a lot less.
