Phone quiet when connected to Bluetooth

My I phone 5 is connected to my stereo via Bluetooth and whenever I receive or make a call it is quiet I can turn phone down using the volume button but it will only go up to a certain volume does anyone else have this problem or know what I can do to prevent this :?

I have he opposite - deafens me every time I get a call!

Not overly sure it can be done, but if you press the TEL ( telephone) button on your system then press the setup button does it give you the option to alter any settings ? Worth a go

I though the volume level could be adapted/coded via VCDS - just looked on the wiki and it can't :(

Mine seems OK, so leads me to believe it is controllable...

Just adjust the volume when you're on a call and the rns-e will save it at that level

The volume in a call is set by two things - the volume setting on your phone AND the volume setting on the RNS-E.

So if you have you phone volume set really low then turning the RNS-E volume up to max won't help much.

Then AFAIK that's as loud as it can get.
