dont think its lambda , those faults are worded differently, like fault bank 1 /bank 2 , this is the evap canister, which i think is the sai

the evap system is a charcoal filter that lives behind the drivers side front wing, i think it sucks excess fuel vapours out of the tank and pumps them back into the engine via the secondary air injection.

As above the evap system simply collects fuel vapour and stores it in the charcoal filter. Then at some point a purge valve will open and the natural engine vacuum will pull the stored vapours into the engine to be combusted.

Sai just pumps air into the exhaust to compensate for rich feeling during cold starts aiding the cat get up to temp.
You can run happily without a sai system.

With the fault reported above it could be anything.
However combined with the voltage error it is likely to be one of the solenoids or vacuum switches on the evap system.
