Tpms.....are these the right ones ?

Hi, Im just in the process of getting my wheels refurbed and a set of new tyres. With my car being just shy of 7yrs old I'm guessing the life of the batteries are nearing there end. With that in mind it seems to make sense to replace the Tpm sensors at the same time, after searching the forum and the most relative posts being from february of this year I was wondering if these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-NEW-A ... 6#shpCntId are the right ones ? From reading the forum the price seems ok so just after confirmation off someone more knowledgable before I make a purchase.
I know it says for an A6 in the listing but the part No. is the same as ones previously listed in posts on the forum.
Any help muchas appreciated.
Cheers Daz

just to add to this - I just bought a pair of these from that seller on the ebay link - one for my new spare wheel and one as a spare. when they arrived it wasn't just the sensor but the valve as well ! so bloody good value. £85 delivered and 2 days delivery from Poland
unfortunately not even thinking at that price it would come with the valve I'd also ordered 2 x valves from Stoke Audi but even adding that cost on, its still half the price you'd pay from audi for those parts

I wasn't sure they would come with valves either, so pleasantly surprised. Also delivery was prompt.
Only thing not included is the srew to secure the tpms, i'm guessing the originals will be ok for re use but if not I'm sure I will be able to pick some up easy enough.

oh yes good point re screws - as you say should be able to be reused so not a massive issue I guess...

nope. sealed unit. there was a post a while back where someone tried to take one apart to do this and whilst you can take them apart it destroys them in the process.
best option if you need them is that link on ebay. very cheap.

ok thanks for the info. This morning i got 'TPMS' displayed in the DIS, not the usual yellow or red pic of a tyre so i'm assuming its a system fault like a battery failing. Can i get the detail from
VCDS ? so I know which one to replace.
cheers,
Dave.

Guys
I'm wanting to fit new wheels an tyres on my car.
Store old wheels and tyres
So I need 4 new sensors and valves?..not an issue BUT if I buy four of these mentioned above how do I " tune" them to the car?
Do they do it automatically or is it a dealer thing?
Regards
Chris

After fitting the new sensors and the wheels to your car, reset the TPMS on your DIS. Choose the Wheel Change (or something like that) option, it will seek and recalibrate to your new wheels. Just make sure your old set is out of range of your car. You might also need to drive your car a few minutes before doing the reset.
I also have two sets, standard wheels with winter tyres on at the moment.

The details for each wheel sensor are in the measuring blocks on VCDS.
