Just started on Tuesday, very notchy changing gears, especially 1st,2nd,3rd (I think!). Came out of work and couldn't get it into reverse. Eventually it went and again on drive home it wasn't great. Rest of the week it's been absolutely fine! Was just MOT'd and serviced Monday, passed both with flying colours.
Any ideas?

I had the same problem, worse when cold. New clutch, slave cylinder and hose. Now perfect again.

Clutch biting point is fine? Plus there's no problem with it now,it's driving and changing fine. When I've had clutches get to the end of their life before they've always gotten progressively worse. Is that not always the case?

Do a search on here for sticky clutches, quite a common problem. My clutch was fine during normal use but developed a sticky pedal during hard use.

The clutch pedal is fine during any kind of use,was just the gear selection that wasn't right.

Is it difficult to select first and second gears when car is stationary. Or is it affected when in motion also. I only ask as mine is fine when rolling but notchy when selecting whilst still.
