Where does age fit into this Dave?

i.e. how much less is a 60k '06 versus a 60k '57 … of similar spec and standard. ?
Don't think DK was intending on re-writing the CAP price for the RS4 with the above figures, its just man math stuff on the back of a beer mat

I'd say its about right, add £1k for the better Avant model and then allow +/- £1k for year, spec, history.

I have a B7 cabriolet and its sprint blue with wing back seats. I waited for over 6th months for this colour to come along within my budget and with decent miles and history. I found it very difficult not to be lured by other colours but I knew I would regret it down the line. I paid £13200 & it had 90k on the clock. I've had it nearly 2 yrs and I'm still getting used to driving it. I love it.

managed to get a Mulago Blue RS4 Cab Sept 2020 (£12k) with only 60k miles on the clock from NI. No wingbacks but had a brand New (blue) roof and clutch had just been done. Engine was super clean and the DRC system seems to be in relatively good condition. So far (12k KM) one year later no issues - fantastic car (and far better then my previous '03 2.4 B6 Cab!

Only had to do 2 small jobs - replace the right auxiliary radiator (€200 from Ebay.de brand new) and replaced the brakes and pads (went with Reylands floating front and rear!). (actually did do a carbon clean myself - took a day but actually not that difficult and the equipment was very cheap - €130 for a blaster and €70 for walnut shells - enough for 3 year)

Only issue is the front passenger seat covering was repaired by someone with the lower bolster and one panel replaced with vinyl which is "cracking". What is odd is I saw another one and it had the same issue on the passenger seat - torn leather bolster - seems the leather is too "soft".

Trying to find a leather lower seat cover but Audi don't sell them any more and the colour is unique to the RS4 (light silver) or somewhere that can make a new one.

W.
