Guys, can anyone advise if i can buy a - Intake Manifold Flap Delete Plug Kit for B7-RS4 in the UK ?? Cars going in for a decoke and remap. Going to delete the flaps also, as I've been getting a P2020 code thrown up!

Hi I'm new on here can anyone help, me with what I need to do to remove the flaps, I'm having it mapped out

I have found many threads showing what material needs taking off! if you search there are many pictures about! its more about making the entry to the ports as round as possible and the ports nice and smooth and free of casting marks. If you struggle to find info let me know and i will do some digging again for you.

Please can someone help me with what I need and how to deflap my rs4 ...... I'm having it remapped and the flap deleted

You can deflap without taking out the bungs. If you get a small socket set that holds the small torx bits the 2 torx screws an be removed from the inside of the runner . Loads of people have done it here with pics etc

Damn it I should have seen this ,
I removed the core plugs and replaced
If you go down this route , speak to Peter Waston at CPI Core plugs international, and get 16 x 12mm cups core plugs

Plus there Very quick to send out too
