Price of OEM front brake pads?

Guys quick question, I am buying a set of front discs from Stoke Audi, don't need them yet but the price is too good to ignore
A set of front pads to go with them is £227 + VaT, is this a good price or normal? They don't appear to be on offer.
My logic is I will just get the discs and wait for an offer on the pads, if you get my drift

I am not at home but I think that I was charged ~£275 + VAT recently for OE front pads from an Audi dealer.....

Stoke are the best for oem. If you want a change from oem pads you could get a set of yellow stuff pads for around 170. I have just grabbed a full set discs from stoke, and a full set of yellow stuff pads from the tinterweb

Thanks guys sounds like the pad price is fairly keen as well so I'll be buying front discs and pads tomorrow.
Very good price on the discs, even better than they normally are

Weird, I just bought a set from stoke yesterday too, 501 delivered, maybe we should have got a bulk discount

Looking at yellow stuff pads too. My discs are 32.5mm at the mo.

Madness for the price of the OE pads.
I can supply Ferodo Premier pads for £65 + postage if anyone is interested in them. I sold a set to a friend, who's also a forum member here, and he says they are fantastic and much better than standard pads, which I think are Pagid. Ferodo part number is FDB4165 FYI.

I've Just installed the Ferodo Premier pads (albeit with Loba discs, braided lines and RBF 600 fluid) and initial impressions are good, however i've only done a few hundred miles so far. In my mind they're Certainly worth a shot considering the cost of 'OE' pads.

Has anyone ever tried TRW pads? They are OE spec but half the price of Audi. My friend had some after having stock and then EBC and he liked them!

Hi bud,
Is that £72.95 for each corner (£137.95) or the full set for both?

Hi mate,
That's for a full set for the front (8 pads), including wear indicators.
