Cheshire Oaks Audi & Audi UK

Hopefully I am not breaking any forum protocols here.....

A couple of weeks ago my B7 went into Cheshire Oaks Audi for front pads - long story short - old pads were seized in which required the removal of the calliper stabiliser bar - the stabiliser bar threads had been previously sheared and came out on the bolt threads (I posted at the time looking for a scrap calliper).

The stabiliser bar is not available from Audi, so Matt at CO Audi got in touch with Audi UK & Brembo who also confirmed that a new calliper would be required at a cost of £££.

Following a lot of effort from Matt in liaising with Audi UK the calliper has been supplied to me free of charge.

We hear so many "bad news" stories around the franchised network that I thought it was only fair to relate this "good news" story - I am impressed with the service I got from Matt who is a proper petrolhead with motorsport links - highly recommended if you are in the northwest and want/need to use the franchised network.

I have no linkage or affiliation to CO Audi or Audi UK - except that I own the best saloon car Audi has ever built!

Good news about Cheshire oaks Audi, they are soon to become my local Audi dealer!

I actually bought my B7 RS4 from them, they were pretty good.
