THROTTLE BODY IMPLAUSIBLE SIGNAL

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone could please give me some advice on a throttle body issue I have been having on my 2007 RS4.

When ever the car is cold and I start it up, my Traction control light comes on along with my EPC light, putting the car into limp mode. When the car is finally at normal operating temperature, I turn the car off and back on again, drive it for a few metres and then the lights go off and the car runs normally again. But, once the car has cooled down, the errors return.

I have had a Lambda sensor error (B2S2), along with my Throttle Body angle Sensor 2 Implausible Signal (G188) error. I have recently replaced the sensor in the hope that it will solve my problems, but no luck. I have done the throttle body alignment numerous times, which is always a success, but the errors return once the car is cold.
Oh yes, I also have an ABS Brake Error, could this maybe be influencing my TB?

46 views and no comments? Has no one here had any throttle body issues with their RS4's?

Very possibly, since an ABS error could upset the TC/ESP system and lead to it suspecting a TB error.

Thanks for the feedback PetrolDave  . I'll be cleaning my ABS sensors the weekend and see if that clears my ABS brake error.
