Had a bit time to take a video and few pictures.
I wanted to show that with just resonator delete (straight pipes, no X or H) it makes pretty nice sound. I don't think I'd want it any more louder as it is.

Definitely makes a difference. A little too raspy for me at higher revs. I have been struggling to find an exhaust I like though so maybe I am just too picky. Gone with a Tubi in the end.

are you still coming to boxhill saturday mate? i guess you havent had the tubi fitted yet

Yeah will be at the box hill meet. Unfortunately not, booked in for fitment next Friday. Terry is the one who got me hooked as he has had the set up since 2010, one quick journey out and that was me sold. It's very different from any other set up I have heard. Should be fitted and bedded in by GTI if you are going.

I'm planning on getting this done to my car in the next couple of weeks to see how I get on with it.

Out of interest, do you know what difference having an h or x pipe would have made to the sound?
