I think MRC have a French outlet too, called KSF or something, you could have gone there. Fair play to you for the drive though. Enjoy the mods.

Amar, I did get a price for the mods I wanted from KSF first as they seemed like the obvious choice, however they were considerably more expensive for some reason even taking fuel, toll charges and a couple of days shopping for the Mrs in London into account. I'm staying in London with friends so a bit of a saving there which is helpful.

To be honest MRC was always my first choice because of their reputation and for me KSF Motorsport are a bit of an unknown quantity as I don't know anyone that has used them, although they do use the same maps as MRC and came recommended by Doug. I think if they were on par price wise with MRC I would have probably went there anyway, but the higher prices were just the excuse I needed to go to MRC. :beerchug:

Well, nothing too exciting, but bloody exciting to me like!!!

Mods:

Milltek Res/Valved Cat Back System (Cheers Sonny)
Gut Pre-Cats
Cold Air Feed
Carbon Clean
Air Filter

MOT (Boring)

Doug said he'll be putting it on the rollers initially to see what the numbers are, and I take it it'll go back on after the mods are done and we'll have a good indication of the gains!!

I'll keep you's all posted on the results, can't bloody wait :jump:

Good, glad to hear! Then you'll defo get the numbers as that will be part of the map. Doug will run it after all the mods are done to see what you are getting then map it and check again to see what you've gained.
The difference between sport mode and non-sport mode is like night and day now. When you first put it into sport mode as soon as you dab the accelerator it feels like a turbo'd car coming onto boost! Switching back to no-sport mode initially feels like the accelerator is broken or completely numbed but you soon get used to it again.

Mike you felt a difference between sport mode and non sport :s? Seriously? In was under the impression it slightly changed a throttle map but nothing serious to equate to the difference you say you feel. I can't comment on the 2 as I can't remember that far back and I only had my car stock for 2 weeks before the blower
