Sold up...

So I sold my car on Thurs
http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/clas ... ash/892124
Im truly gutted as I ony put about 3.5k on it during my ownership due to work, so I never had a real opportunity to enjoy the car which sucks. Up until a couple of days ago I was even considering buying back in when things at work have settled down a bit. I still might, but the C7 looks awesome to my mind; actually gives me the same buzz as when I saw the spider RS4 ad for the first time but it's early days. For the mo, me & the mrs have decided to consolidate vehicles and buy an Abarth 500; there aren't that many Audi offerings that interest me atm to be honest. I'll have to make it a bit more 'masculine' as I'll be in it when Im in the country but I have a few ideas!. I'm also looking forward to the different ownership prospect the Abarth will present.
Anyhow, the RS was the best car I've had period

I love(d) it, but now it's gone to a good home; interestingly a chap in London who's 'upgrading' from a Cab to an Avant
I'll still be around on here, so no farewells

I noticed you have a button to turn the passenger airbag off. How come we don't all have one of those?

It's not a button on the centre console, it's a light - the switch is in the glovebox and is key operated.
Is this a buckets vs. Recaros thing?

Lol, something like that.
If you ask nicely they can do a static storage in their unit thingy so whilst I only had the one detail, the car did spend a fair amount of time at their unit. They did the piccies for the p'heads ad also

The new owner took the receipt with him & I cant remember the exact figure. I think it was around £800-900 all in

No idea mate, there should be a button on the dash above the RNSE screen as far as I'm aware

Not yet but hopefully soon. Want to take adv of the bargains to be had around this period; supposedly trade's a little slow arond Xmas (dunno whether this applies to Abarth's as they seem to be in quite high demand).
If you don't mind I may PM you to pick your brains 'cos I'm not totally sure about options; there seems to be quite a few 'packs' available on those cars.
