NE Scotland Meet 2nd December

I think its about time we had another NE Scotland meeting again especially as there seems to be quite a few new owners on here now.
We've had a few meets starting at Crathes Castle which has an excellent cafe and plenty of parking as well so I suggest we keep it there unless anyone has a better option. If the weathers good we could go for a run round Glenshee which is always a fantastic drive, or if not then it would just be great just to get a few RS4's together again, meet some new faces and have a wee blether.
Pie will co-ordinate the Aberdeen area folk and meet up at Asda car park Garthdee approx 1000 to leave 1030 for the wee run along to Crathes.
I'll meet anyone else from the south at McDonalds Forfar( I don't eat that <beep>, its just a convenient meeting point)at 0930 to leave about 1000 before heading up to Crathes to meet the Aberdeen group.
Please add your name to appropriate list below;

Cairo's ok, got lots of buddies in Angola, was in Nigeria before Egypt, lovely place....
In our line of work were gonna miss the meets and RR days a lot i guess!
I'm really wanting to put the RS into Wallace soon, after all the talk of carbon build up and vacuum leaks, id want to know if I'm not getting all the horses i should. Only owned it for a few months, and not done many miles yet!
Its getting new rear tyres at Laws when i get back, i put 2 new P-Zero Rossos on the front last month, backs had 4mm left so i left them for this time home.
Unfortunately i did this before i did any research as this is the recommended rubber!! I'm committed now so its rossos on the rear next month!
Are they really that bad??? Im 36 now so tearing up the back roads is behind me now, mostly!!

Heading up to Golspie to see family - long over due. I'll stick a thread/link on audi-sport.net though, I'm sure there'll be some NE S3s wanting to join in the fun.

Hi folks
I wouldnt have been able to make this either as I've booked a week in Tenerife and not back until the 4th. Probably just as well after my bad lead driving last time out! I also would have been pretty embarrassed to turn up with the current state of my alloys after kerbing badly the left rear in a multistorey car park a couple of months back. Had my last ones done via Checkpoint on a recommendation from a mate but they closed down shortly after. He's pretty anal about these things and he's not too keen on any others up here so anybody got a recommendation?
Cheers
Mike

I have used D&W Wheel Restoration outside Newburgh twice now. Been really happy with the finish both times and the powder coating covers the whole wheel inside and out rather than quick face job others provide.
Total wheel bead blast, repair then powder coat on my 20's cost £400.
Total wheel bead blast, repair then powder coat on my 19's cost £310.
Cost is damage dependant.
