I don't believe so unfortunately.irvind wrote: If you choose 1), remember that a lot has changed since you first went to Walton, now you're going back with the weight of Audi's customer services team behind you.
Walton are much less likely to mess up now.

Re: How many miles/tank city drivers?
Saw 359.8 on the trip Wednesday night when I filled up in MK.......... only because I didn't reset during my 10 litres splash and dash Sunday night on the north circular coming home from Ace Cafe. Managed to fit 62.25 litres in Weds with the range having clicked to zero 5-10 miles previous. 360 miles, 72.5 litres is precisely 16 gallons, 22.5 mpg.

Re: How many miles/tank city drivers?
went to stonehenge last weekend and managed to get 24/25mpg and did almost 180 miles with 1/2 tank
as soon as I got back to london I returned to 11/12 mpg and overall I managed to to approx 80 miles with the 2nd half
the difference is astonishing

4) adjust it yourself with VAG-COM. Fill the tank (including the extr using the button) and enter the value to force a full tank calibration.

Re: How many miles/tank city drivers?
thanks Dave. some folks had the VAG-COM at Ace Cafe but weren't sure how to do the recalibration. perhaps during next meet up?
anyway I think I will follow your advice
will you come to the next meet up?

Doubt it - my weekends are crazy busy at the moment.pisquano wrote:will you come to the next meet up?
It's not complex, as the Ross-Tech wiki says:
Channel 033: Tank Characteristic (Full Calibration)
Non-parallel shift of the tank characterictic above a readout of 1/2. To start the adaptation enter '65535' as new value.
Standard Value: 128
Value Range: 112...144 (-4.0...+4.0 l)
Increments: 1 = 1 Ohm = 1/4 l
So you fill the tank, enter 65535 into channel 33 of the instruments at address 17 and you're done.
