I've got the same (Avus, optics, privacy glass) and am trying to work out whether I prefer silver, titan or black wheels.

Anyone got any pics of Avus with black optics and black wheels?

Don't do it!!!

You loose all the detail with black wheels. Go a shade darker than Titan if you like but not black.

Yes, that's what I was worried about and thanks for the tip - a darker shade of titan could be the answer. Just need some pics to help me decide which way to go....

Absolutley great colour/spec combo. The titan wheels, privacy and black optics really come together well. Not many about like this. I can see why you jumped at it. Great deal too. You won't be dissapointed!

My avant is Daytona, with optics, factory privacy glass, SS+ and what I'm assuming are OEM 'titan' wheels and for me it's the perfect stealthy combination without looking like it's trying too hard.... :D

For those in the know, its a beast. For the general public, its an Audi estate. That's one of the main reasons I got mine. :D

Thanks. Hope to start next weekend; will start on the before shots to have some good comparison later. Yes, the paint damage and true condition will be maksed as you say until I strip it back with some IPA/ cleanser; I can then see the true condition of paint and see where we are starting from, may not need full correction, or may need a bit of compounding to get it back, we will see 8)

First I need to place an order for some new products
