well im going on the 7th August Fri until 10th August Monday, making a weeend of it, your welcome to tag along, just myself and 2 mates at the mo (soz for thread Hijack)

I was going for the 5th September but as there's an event on the competition circuit the accommodation is proving hard to come by. I've emailed digs further afield but still waiting for replies. If everyone thinks we should change the date then I'm all for it, I cant do 15th Aug personally but if everyone wants the 15th then I'm still happy to try and get it together for then.

What arrangements do you have for accommodation Sonny? How does that weekend suit everyone else?

well I have a tight work frame and am finding it hard to look at any other dates. The Friday to Monday trip is being done by myself and 2 other mates (Boxter and race prepped Scooby) any of your guys are more than welcome to tag alone, I am still deciding on what accommodation to book yet, but the ones I have looked at do have spaces. Iv been recommended this hotel by a friend of mine http://www.ringhaus.com/ seems ok and they have a nice whisky/single malt collection too lol

Well guys, after much searching and a conversation with Jim it looks like we will have to change the date to 29th August. The circuit isn’t open on the Saturday but we should all get enough driving on the Sunday as the circuit is open from 08.00 until 19.30

Jim has a contact for digs which include twin and triple rooms so there should be something for everyone. I’ve left my notes at work tonight, Jim could you drop a post with the cost etc for the digs? Thanks.

I’ve checked the euro tunnel crossing and there’s availability but the very cheap tickets are not sold out, the return journey now being £130. All those still up for it could you do the copy and paste thing into the thread so we can get some idea of number etc. Thanks

Costs of rooms were 85 euro's for a twin or 105 for a tripple.

Agreed the sunday will be more than enough track time for us as tyres and brakes will probably of had enough after 6 hours!

Sorry to here that Sonny, its would appear to be still up in the air at the moment as we've not had much response to the new date. The list below are the people who originally showed an interest, if you could confirm or otherwise guys so we can move it forward I would really appreciate it
