i think mileage and warranty must have a lot to do with it!!!!!age doesnt really matter ,its the condition and mileage that counts the most, anyway the dealer phoned to say another trader has offered 27500 for my car
sounds good but gonna just keep it
i think

That particular car isnt even clean in the adverts!!!!!! And if you ACTUALLY go out and try to find an avant that your happy with it WILL cost over £31-32k.Saloons are worth £2k+ less and high mileage on cars like these does have a big effect on value.Ive seen 65k avants asking £29995!!!!!!!!! That is over the odds imo

Asking price is rarely the sale price in these cases. There are 2 avants for sale on autotrader, both are 2006 cars with mid 30,000 miles on the clock and have been on autotrader for over 2 weeks now and not sold - why would anyone pay the same money for one with 65,000 miles on the clock? Sometimes I think that traders just dream up asking prices in case someone comes along with more money than sense.lengster1 wrote:.Ive seen 65k avants asking £29995!!!!!!!!!
you have a very valid point there and one that I agree with. Some dealers just have no idea what the cars are worth.simonhill wrote:Asking price is rarely the sale price in these cases.
