As i had bought the Milltek section on advice from lazy mechanic : (, my fault, i went ahead with use of these. Bit of fettling and its fitted though, expensive option as stated...

Anyway, in terms of end result i am extremely pleased. Its not as loud as i had anticipated but a welcome surprise. Subtle difference, more meaty on idle with valves open and raspier when open throttle. As has been stated it seems to open up the V8 output a bit. Its a lot less 'tinny' than videos depict, Very worthwhile. The overun pops and 'spits' etc on occasion do make me smile i must admit. Appreciate all the feedback on this thread even if i was impatient and went for expensive solution... mug!!!

Got my car back last night and was very happy with this mod sounds 10 times better! A Miltek would of sounded better but I'm not sure it would sound 1500 quid better. Very happy

I'm just about to order pipe for this mod. Is it as stated earlier 59mm pipe? Also is 1 metre enough?

Unable to measure exactly but i think 1m will be cutting it fine... it SHOULD be enough but i wouldn't like to say for sure.

Get 2m to be safe.

And yeah, 59mm is good.

Thanks for posting this!

I've got my car booked in on 2nd Oct for the mod in Milton Keynes. the company (Flow Dynamics) recommended an X pipe for the same reasons Faisal mentioned too so I've gone for that.

£200 all in.

A little more than quoted elsewhere but they seem to know what they're doing and was the only one to mention the x flow pipes, which he said were £50 extra. Said whole process takes a couple of hours and they have a waiting room.

I can't comment on power differences as I bought it like this but it's considerably louder that a standard system.

At the recent AITP event a gave the car a few blips. TABIS who is running standard stated there and then he was booking his car in the next day he was that impressed. And the milltek boys did question why they spend £1.5k on there system instead of doing it haha.
Massive thanks RichieRS for that @AITP have been following this thread & no one seems to be disappointed with this mod in anyway! Managed to get some time off and get mine done today & am also extremely please with the results, i used Infinity exhausts in Bristol & they were brilliant & charged £80.
