more info on www.rsquattro.com
so you are saying the throttle/intake valves are limited to 70% or so in 3rd gear?
so the car can never make full rated power at higher rpm's when in 3rd?

How many of us merry bunch are left?..from memory there were around 30/35 4s there..and the ones who have moved on what are they in now? Thought this would be the best time to ask as owners who may not browse/post to often would probably have a butchers of the forum over the holiday period....

Still here....

Hello boys....

long time no see.......

I've not been on here in years... sold the car summer 2010 and I believe it has since moved on a couple of times but is still in the community so to speak. I have very happy memories of my RS, and meeting alot of you guys some of whom I sure will remain life long friends. I'm currently driving a very dull and sensible E350 cdi sport with some nice wheels and a nice Ice install which I could never do with the RS as it would have added so much weight. I might be getting back into something with 4 rings soon though so watch this space.

cheers :beerchug:

Jimbo :D
