[quote="Dom81"]Looking at the plot, you are getting a kick at the right place, and making good power to that point. It's what happens next, where I would expect somewhere north of 380 based on the line so far, but instead it essentially flatlines. From memory MacRS and Klauster had the same issue at one of the Paramount days - both got fixed, but I can't remember how...

3 faults were found.

1) Seized flap in the air box.
2)Auxiliary solenoid for the air flap was corroded/had water in.
3)Vacuum Pipe that feeds the the flap in the air box was squashed - most probably happened when the car was built.

I would have all these three items checked (you would to have the front bumper off tho', for the vacuum pipe I beleive)- made approx 70hp difference to mine...

I discovered that my air box flap was seized and the pipe that goes to the air box flap solenoid was crushed but it didn't make a difference in performance now im thinking that the solenoid must be faulty, does anyone know how much the solenoids are from audi? :audibash:

£56 inc vat from MRC I think. Probably £75.00 from Audi.

Top result. Do you plan to run on the DD dyno again to get a direct comparison from your original reading?
