Car looks v nice, but you will have to move on price to actually sell, the only cars selling are keenly priced ones, some cars have been on autotrader 6 months+ my local main agent has a 56plate saloon in with 30k on it and a screen price of 29995 yet non franchised cars are on the net for up to 35k and will stay there at day dream money like that, ive been selling my cars to get into a b7 and quickly found the higher the price the harder it is to find a buyer,my well priced cooper s took some time @9k so private buyers with 35k will be even harder,no real interest in my b5 rs4 so will be chopping 1-1-5k off it to drum up interest its tough times out there

Thanks for that, but the guy who was comming to look at my car bought a 06 56 car for just under 33k so surely my car being low mileage and a year newer for 3.5k more has to be worth it, or not???

If you don't have any interested potential buyers, that suggests not.

It is worth the money you're asking!
But it depends how quick you want to sell it

Up again - The avant has gone up another £500, however I do not think this reflects the true increase!

Which shows exactly how strong the market is for these cars!

CAB - 06/06 minus £1700, 08/58 minus £1025

SALOON - 05/05 plus £375, 08/58 plus £925

AVANT - 06/06 plus £325, 08/58 plus £500

The book is still miles out though!

I have withdrawn my car from Pistonheads as I dont need to sell now. However I have had a lot of interest some dreamers but I have had a ferrari dealer start at 35k and offered me full asking price of 365000 yesterday.

Really tempted but what else would I get??

O7/07 Avant

Miles out in a good or a bad way? I'm reckonong mine 06/06 with 48500 on the clock is worth about £5 right now.
