When I got my Autostyle mats they had small holes in the correct place which I enlarged with a Stanley knife.Marky wrote:Got my autostyle mats this morning, does anyone have some advice on the best way to punch holes for the fixings?

Take apart the fixings from the old mats - they just prize apart - and accurately place the original mat over the new mat, through the hole of the original mat cut a cross in the new mat underneath (for both holes), take away the original mat and push the male part of the fixing through the hole, cut away the access carpet.Marky wrote:Got my autostyle mats this morning, does anyone have some advice on the best way to punch holes for the fixings?
Using the lower of the fixings, test the accuracy of the fixings with the mat before final assembly, when you are happy with the fit just push the fixings together and place the new mats in the car - enjoy!
