Yes sir, these little beauties are rear engined, hence the long boot......the engine is under the rear seats and under the boot floor!

words did fail me .... how would he ever get an order correct ... As it happens the advertise spec was wrong ... it had a few more options ..

A mistake over spec options is understandable, but not the engine (on the assumption that they are all the same, eg V8 )

Think of this, a pal bought a Merc 500R four months ago circa £61K, they musn`t have been moving many in this country so Merc told the dealers to reduce the price by upto £20K! needless to say he bailed out. Won`t tell me how much he lost. Kinda off thread ---appologies.
