I would imagine that the small print is a legal clause that allows the buyer to withdraw their application to purchase at any time, no biggie and fairly common I would have thought.

My point really is: Having already having put money down on an RS4 and RSR over 2 years ago and getting royally shafted by the dealership, I was not going to put yet more money down on my new order until I have seen the car and the spec. IMHO the rush to be the first one to get the new car is only any use if you plan to sell if quickly and make a profit. Being a purist, my decision to order the new RS4 it will be on merit.

Or at any point for that matter. Funny how the dealer sales staff suddenly have their entire family buying the latest and greatest cars...

Must be how so many dealers happened to have cars in their showrooms when they first came out, the dealers were forbidden to order cars unless they had orders and deposits, must be how they got round the problem.........
