Dont think i have anything to worry about just had this back
Hi Neil
I have just spoken to Antony who is dealing with xxxx case He has confirmed that all issues are now resolved. It's very important that the installer is left to concentrate 100% on every install. To do this the installer needs to be left alone with no distractions. This is mentioned and ticked by the customer in our booking form. Unfortunately in this case he wasn't left to concentrate and the customer even tried to help with the install by removing car parts he didn't want our installer touching. A fuse was also pulled by the customer trying to help with the install. This in-turn brought up the engine management light on the dash. Which luckily reset and went out by itself. The scratch on the wing was only surface and was not visible in any photos sent by the customer. These were buffed out by a professional detailed organised by the owner. We have no way of telling if this was our installer, but we covered the cost for this anyway.
Every customer is important to us. We want everyone to feel confident with the alarm and the installation from start to finish.
Many thanks

Re: Alarms
A few inaccuracies there, probably the installer story and they weren’t expecting you to post it on a forum where the customer would see it! I offered 2 drinks and asked if it was going ok. He was struggling to identify the feed to the fuel pump. I offered to phone unit20 which I did and the installer spoke to Grizz (he can confirm all of this) who advised to check behind the fuse box. I identified the fuse via the owners manual. I removed the pink holder. Installer removed the fuse. The other help I gave was he couldn’t remove the rear bench to see the wires to the fuel pump. Grizz advised again and did remove this for him but can’t see how that could possibly be a hindrance. Marc1 can testify my wing wasn’t scratched.Neilb76 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 25, 2017 1:05 pmDont think i have anything to worry about just had this back

The issues aren’t sorted yet but I am happy they will be, I do believe it’s a good system and haven’t a bad word to say about Sarah and Antony they are both enormously helpful. My expections will be no different to anyone who has and RS. As I said at the beginning Everyone makes mistakes but the acid test is how willing they are to rectify it. I’m confident they will.

Agree lee anthony amd sarah are very helpfull she has said ant is now dealing with this. Sure it will get sorted out amd all will be good. As i am lead to belive ant is extremely passionate about the system and his customers.. so i am sure all will be well.
See who they send out to mine now..
As for the photo photo i can see it for sure. Did they not use wing covers. If not think thats an investment the installers need to be using...

Re: Alarms
Hope you get it sorted Lee. Absolutely not a mark on that car previously. It’s like a mirror. Faisal you can’t see the scratches in the pictures under Lee’s hands?
Re: Alarms
It’s quite an expensive service, so I would be wanted my absolute perfection. Just read that cut and paste email to Neil. Was that your car they were referring to Lee? I’d expect them to have done their homework on the vehicles they were going to be working on prior to the install, not wing it on the day.
Re: Alarms
Yes it was. I’ll be honest It offended me abit but it’s obvious they are glossing over it. But better to hold your hands up, put it right or you just dig a bigger hole.marc1 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 26, 2017 11:14 amIt’s quite an expensive service, so I would be wanted my absolute perfection. Yep, not impressed! Hope it all gets resolved.
Re: Alarms
If anyone's looking for an installer in the North West - Autowatch or Clifford, I can recommend Paul @ www.pl-autotek.com
He's based in St. Helens and installed a Clifford system for me a couple of years ago - no problems at all, left my car with him for a couple of days so he could take his time over it...

I was referring to the comment made by Sarah in her email to Lee, where she said the scratches weren’t visible in the pics.
