It's definately getting there now DK. I think you're right, whilst Titan is awesome, silver works very well with the Kigfisher. Also agree with Riv, drop and spacers. I'd definately suggest sticking the SS+ rear ARB on too to help tighten it up, and being a cab, it def won't harm. c.£130 from your local stealer (a bit less from Stoke Audi probably) and about 20mins on some drive on Halfords ramps. Let me know if you want the part numbers.

Alas the Cab never got the tear drop mirrors as an option so it can't be done.

Ah, ok, shame.

Vert owners really got a sore deal then, a B6 backend, dash and a lighter array of RS trinkets

Finally had the set of TPMS sensors bought from the talked about eBay man, £120 for a set....all working like a dream

Turns out the wheels were well out of balance according to the tyre fitter, which is strange as it has a fairly new set of GYF1 on, but perhaps another bodge that I have now sorted.

Remaining jobs

- wheel refurb
- intermittent centre brake flight bulb warning (still, working, but flickering) must be loose wire ... Need to strip down bootlid
- put a matching clear indicator bulb in one headlight and realigned front headlights bumper following a previous bodge
- seat bolster refurb

Once all that's done the car will be perfect and a true minter, might be in time for spring and I'll see if I can resist the urge to sell it.

Update

Car now with Unit 20

Brand new OEM discs
Ferodo DS2500 pads
Service
Brake fluid
Air filter
Realign bumper
Fix rear brake light error
New indicator bulb

Then it should be perfect for a trip to Monaco via Alps in 6 weeks

Then will probably sell it

With the best will in the world selling cars on forums is counter productive as most people have cars already and so take any opportunity to bitch slap comments that have no use.

AutoTrader always comes up trumps
