I appreciate giving praise where praise is due.
My only issue is why aren't all Audi Centres like this?
I think Mr. Hicks needs to be told that all Audi Centre should all be like Camberley at least when it comes to dealing with RS customers.
It's ridiculous that I even considered doing 200 mile round trip to go there so I didn't get dishonest, ignorant "service" at my local big Audi Centre.
So well done Camberley but the network itself has a very long way to go.

I had a follow-up call from Camberley Audi this morning about my experience yesterday. I should have quoted this thread!

There are a few individuals who work at dealerships who regularly visit this forum, and Camberley is one of them or at least was. So now doubt they have read this or the other thread "Name and shame dealerships".

I received a "Colbornes 4 Life" brochure and key tag in the post today. It basically shows the discounts you can get depending on the age of the car. You need confirm your car details online.
