OK another 1 for the "RS Kent Contingent" we should have mini Kent meet some time in the new year. Im only up in Bromley.MarkyMark01 wrote:Thanks for that - yes I'm from a little place not far from Ashford in Kent and got the car from Audi in Maidstone.
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar
Re: RE: Re: RE: NEW CAR
its the extra 1 year warranty from Audi. I thought the DRC claim would have gone through the '5-year extra cover' that Audi are throwing around at the moment but the guys at the dealers said the '1-year' warranty would pay for it. They also said that if the work was 'retail' it would have been a lot more than £2k as well.....gulp!MarkyMark01 wrote:Was that an Inchcape warranty?

F in Hell !!!. More than 2K !!
I know my car isnt an RS4 but it was in last year for about 4 things and that came to £2.8K !!!. Couldnt believe it !
A warranty with a car like an RS4 is a must in my eyes.

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: NEW CAR
any RS car needs a warranty, IMO
thats driven by by Audi's ridiculous labour rates and the complexities involved in the cars
but with MRC et al around, it makes it slightly easier to go without a warranty, but still requires large pockets
