If the car is out of warranty - will Audi still honour the 5 year warranty for the DRC system?

My car is still in warranty but I am still swithering whether to renew or not. Would the money be better spent on new susp - but if the 5 year warranty stands on the DRC, then this is probably not the best path as by all accounts, working DRC gives a better ride than aftermarket susp.

I'm also still in a quandry with rgds the local dealer stating that recharging of the DRC system isn't a warranty claim - is wear and tear.
