So if I'm right in reading, a 4GB sdhc won't work?
Also when you copy folders over, I have to scroll down each track to get to next folder - surely theres an easier way - like sectioned into albums instead of individual tracks?

No SDHC card will work whatever the size.

Only SD cards will work - period.

The easiest way I've found to organise the files is to store M3U playlists in the root folder, and to store each album in folders /artist/album. Then you can easily return to a list of the albums (playlists) using the RETURN button.

So the SD card looks like this:

/playlist1
/playlist2
...
/artist1/album1/file1
/artist1/album1/file2
...
/artist1/album2/file1
/artist1/album2/file2
...
/artist2/album1/file1
/artist2/album1/file2
...
/artist2/album2/file2
...

Will just swap the SD card from wifes camera and give her the SDHC one.
