Spoke to Charlie at Milltek yesterday. My quad piped cat back should be ready at the end of next week. Quite excited really. Probably won't fit it or the BMC until it has been back into Audi to have the inlet manifold checked, which is booked for the 22nd May, for a couple of weeks of investigation.....we'll see!

Anyway, did approx 350 miles today, loaded with the family, at approx 70-80mph most of the time on cruise control. I normally run this car on tesco 99, but when I needed to fill it up, could only find V-power, so topped the tank up and away I went. After 100 or so miles, I gave it some beans a few times, and it just felt alive(the typical slow one minute , fast the next with this engine). Gave it a little bit of reserved(family on board) stick on the way home, and it just felt fast as hell again. Now is this the different fuel, or has my car re-learnt all the new values after having the MAF replaced - 500 miles ago, or what???

I am booking it into Regal in Southampton in the next week or so for a power run to see what my power curve looks like compared to the last RR day - Jim any joy on the printouts yet?

Confused??

I might go for an early morning blat tomorrow to really see??

System went on tonight, after I had picked my car up - what a noise, so much nicer than stock, and I just love the way it looks - really pleased that I went for non res.

Just a couple of crappy pictures with my camera phone;
