Daily driver for me too. 20 mile round trip to work and home again during the week plus weekend driving unless we go in the wifes PT Cruiser for shop car parks and trips to the dump with garden rubbish.

This week has been a peach with the hood down every day in the morning going to work and on the way home in the evening, listening to the sound of the Milltek and looking at all the people with their windows tightly shut and the air con on gives me a little chuckle. Heaven.

Ditto for me with a 30 mile round trip. Graham, I'm surprised it hasn't seized up with the lack of decent weather. I'd rather have a saloon than a convertible with the top up. Sorry mate just my opinion. Thinking of buying an older scooby to hammer during the week to stem the flow of mileage (12k in 8 months). alex 8)
R32 DPB 58 (bl**dy recession)
RS4 Avus Saloon (07) B7 (RIP)
M3 Conv (feel the rays)
M3 Saloon (back in the saddle- yes)
325i M sport (my wife's idea)
Impreza STi V5 (cheap Jap power-great)

Alex, you would be surprised at how much the roof is down, I will have the roof down at every opportunity, not just when the sun is out. One of the the best times is when it's at night with a clear sky - friggin awesome feeling.

I haven't had a Saloon for about eight years now, however I can understand peoples opinions on convertibles and why they wouldn't one but hey ho - choice, that's what makes the world go around.

Yes, but only 12 mile daily commute usually and maybe 50 - 100 at the weekend for enjoyment. It is getting a proper run to Scotland this weekend though, looking forward to stretching the legs
