Admiral were much cheaper than Elephant for me this time round , despite being part of the same firm - suggest you see how they compare to Bell

As well as liking multiple drivers, insurers also like it if the policyholder regularly drives another car. Make sure you tick the box if you're covered for parents / GFs car

interesting to see people so young buying these wonderful cars, assuming most of you don't have kids I find the RS4 an unusual choice

As Adam says, I don;t understand young people without kids having such cars, but each to their own I suppose. I did not have the money when I was younger but the best I could afford was a Fiat Uno Turbo 1.3 with about 165bhp and full of rust... If I got divorced now, I'd either have a 2 seater or a pure track car and a diesel.

RE insurance, I pay £440 with Direct line, fully comp and my 28yr old wife on the policy too.

To answer Robs question.........

I bought an RS4 cos theyre really understated. I had an E46 M3 before and i used to get funny looks and all that stuff, i was worried about parking it as well. People would either go ''nice car mate'' or ''w@nker''. Didnt like the attention.

At least in the RS you can park it and not worry, plus the 4WD makes sense with the weather we have as the M3 can be a bit lairy in the wet.
